Truebell India Marketing & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is the Indian arm of Truebell Marketing & Trading LLC, UAE. We specialize in bringing premium international food, beverage and consumer brands to the Indian market through sourcing, importing, distribution and market development.

2. What brands does Truebell India represent?

Our portfolio includes international brands such as WaterWipes, Rubicon, Ryvita, Jordans, Patak’s, Taj Mahal Saffron, Tim Tam, Snapple, Olipop, Poppi, Peelerz and Kraft, among others.

3. Are your products genuine and imported?

Yes. Products offered through Truebell India are sourced through authorized brand relationships and established international supply networks and are imported in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.

4. Where can I buy Truebell products?

Our products are available through various online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, modern retail and other distribution channels across India. Availability may vary by brand, product and location.

5. Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We aim to serve customers across India, subject to product availability and delivery coverage.

6. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

7. Can I return a product?

Returns may be accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order details and photographs/videos showing the product and packaging.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Are the products suitable for children?

Product suitability depends on the individual product. Please refer to the product packaging, ingredients, allergen information and usage instructions before purchase.

11. Do you sell wholesale or distribute brands in India?

Yes. Truebell India works with brands, retailers, marketplaces, distributors and other business partners to build and scale international brands in India.

12. I am an international brand looking to enter India. Can Truebell India help?

Yes. We work with international brands looking to establish and grow their presence in India, including importing, distribution, marketplace onboarding, modern trade, quick commerce and market development.
