Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the destination, product availability and logistics partner. As a general guideline, orders may take approximately 3–7 business days to reach most locations in India.

Remote and difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information by email, SMS or other communication after the order has been dispatched.

5. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, logistics disruptions, public holidays, strikes, regulatory requirements or other unforeseen events.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please document the condition of the package and contact us promptly with photographs and your order details.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
